PlayStation 4 will finally release the Darth Vader Dual Shock 4 controller soon, something that will complete the "Star Wars Battlefront"-themed gaming consoles.

VG247 previously reported that when the "Star Wars Battlefront" PS4 bundle was announced sometime in August, fans were eager to know what the real deal was. The result was Sony teaming up with Star Wars to produce the Darth Vader-themed PS4 console. At the time, the bundles consisted of three sets including the "Star Wars Battlefront" in its standard edition, 500GB PS4 console and the conventional black controller that comes with the package.

The second set of bundle came with some limited editions items as well as the Darth Vader-themed Dual Shock Controller.

This time, VG247 is confirming that you can now actually purchase the Darth Vader Dual Shock 4 Controller as a standalone piece. PlayStation Europe first confirmed the imminent availability of the Dual Shock 4 Controller through their Twitter page. The Dual Shock 4 wireless controller has been highly anticipated by fans that weren't able to acquire the piece that will match their Darth Vader-themed consoles.

The Darth Vader Dual Shock 4 Controller at the moment has no confirmed price yet. It has a Darth Vader-themed design with a red D-pad and white analog sticks. "Star Wars" fanatic will certainly be delighted with the new standalone device. Besides being a collector's item, it will also complete the whole package of the limited edition PS4 "Star Wars" bundle. PlayStation Life said that the design concept of the control has been carefully embedded in the idea of the galactic empire.
